Congratulations Mr. + Mrs. Higgins!

This past weekend we got to celebrate the wedding of Misty & Greg! It was a full day for us (Emilee, Andy, Scott and Shayne) as well as some of Misty's family members putting together all the pieces for their big wedding! Emilee brought some of her fantastic Tasteful Treasures rental pieces up from Santa Clarita and pulled together the vintage flair that Misty was envisioning. First three photos are stolen from Emilee's Instagram - she also just posted some more on her blog here.

For the first time ever, I played the role as florist! Friday, we made all the centerpieces and bridesmaid's bouquets out of baby's breath. When done right (and I believe this is the right way!) baby's breath can look SO great and modern. I also successfully made Misty's bridal bouquet (pictured above)! It was just so pretty and full of texture. I'm pretty proud of myself, too! :)

Their photographer Roots Photography put up some sneak peaks this yesterday. I'm so excited to see the rest!! When Misty and I were walking through the venue, I told her it'd be SO neat to go into the neighboring vintage stores and take some photos inside. I've never seen that done before! I'm so happy that they ended up going with that idea. Again, I can't wait to see more!

Overall, it was a long and exhausting weekend with rehearsal, getting flowers ready, styling and coordinating and cleaning it up... but Misty and Greg are married! That's all that matters anyway, right?

Love you guys! I'm so excited to see what the Lord has for your powerful and beautiful marriage! Enjoy Kauai!
