We got last min tickets (for free!) to see FUN., Relient K, and Paramore. Great seats, great times, great friends, and just some random ridiculousness. Here's some amateur photos from my vantage point.
I have a photo just like this of these two from a Paramore show at Bamboozle Left a few years ago.
Yup. That's Scott. Hugging Hayley. Before, she asked everyone on our side to stand up. We said that we wern't going to stand up, and held our ground. She totally noticed all the way from the stage and called him out. "This isn't your living room, stand up! You're at a show!" What do you know, Scott crosses his arms and puts his feet up on the seat in front of him. He finally stood up and she said, "You deserve a hug. Come down here." Really? It was so funny and random.
The talented Mr. Andy Barron, luckily had his camera out behind the stage saw what was going down and caught these gems after thinking, "What? That's Scott!" He also has some great photos (as always) from the photo pit on his site. Check em out here.
Overall, it was a great show. Paramore sounded SO good. They just do it right. Relient K did a great cover of "The Distance" by Cake which was the highlight of their set. And the opening band, FUN. (formerly The Format) was just fun.
What was even better.. was the fact we live 2 minutes from the show. We're such an old married couple.
