We did it again! Nakate Spring 2012 is launched!
This new look came from the place of refresh, resort, and relaxation. We wanted to portray a high end fashion with a jolt of color - an escape from the cold dreary winter to the resort of your dreams.
I'm so pleased with the way this turned out. We simplified the design with just one slideshow, cleaned up the internal pages of information, and brought the photo focus in those pages on the women who make Nakate possible - the ladies of Kakooge, Uganda.
I know I say this every time I post about Nakate, but I am SO honored to be apart of this wonderful cause. Shanley, Nakate's founder, stopped in Bakersfield a few weeks and spoke to our college ministry, Anchor, about her ventures. I was even MORE touched, inspired, and honored to be apart of her journey. If you haven't read about Nakate, I really encourage you to. The jewelry is just beautiful, but what the jewelery does for the ladies that work for Nakate is even more beautiful.
